321 local cider

321 Cuvee

Made from local apples grown only 2km from the cafe. This cider is crafted in the french tradition of champagnois. It makes a perfect aperitif or simply enjoyed over a cube or two of ice.

321 still

made in the english tradition of still ciders, this cider has a wonderful medium-dry finish but with the bitter-sweet flavours of the traditional apples.

Henry's Of Harcourt

Original Cider

This is a crisp, dry cider made from tree-ripened Pink Lady apples grown in the Harcourt Valley.

Duck and bull

This cider has a combination of dry traditional cider apples and a hint of sweeter, pink lady apples.

Petillant is a french word that simply translates as light sparkling. This cider is an easy pleaser and is a bit sweeter than the others.

vintage dry

this cider is slightly more robust and it too is lightly carbonated. it is a dry sparkling cider with a tight bead, it has a great aroma and wonderful colour.

this cider is a great example of traditional cider making. left to a wild fermentation this cider conjures up the magic of farmhouse cider making in somerset, england.
